Yes. GEST supports multi-zone request routing, a service call from the master suite can go directly to the head housekeeper, while a request from the terrace routes to the outdoor team. Request types (service, privacy, do not disturb, emergency) are each configurable to the appropriate staff member or team. The GEST Portal gives the property manager full visibility and control over all routing rules.
Yes. OMNIYON is scalable across large and complex properties; multiple wings, outbuildings, and guest accommodation units can all be managed within the same system. Each zone is configured independently, and the property manager can set access levels per zone, so guests can control their own space without affecting the rest of the property
Yes. GEST is well-suited to high-turnover environments. The system requires no guest training, a button press is all that is needed. Buttons and request types can be reconfigured quickly between guest stays, and the GEST Portal provides a full request history for property management records.
