GEST | Luxury Service Call System
GEST is a wireless luxury service call system that provides discreet, instant communication between guests, owners, and staff. It operates over the property’s Wi-Fi network, no base stations, no proprietary wiring infrastructure. For residential integrators, GEST specifies cleanly into any existing or proposed network architecture without requiring changes to the control system design.

Residential integration notes
GEST integrates natively with Crestron and is compatible with any API-based control environment. In residential contexts, GEST events can be surfaced through existing home automation platforms via the REST API, enabling service call requests to be visible within a unified control interface alongside lighting, climate, and security.
For projects specifying GEST alongside OMNIYON, a single notification layer can be configured to surface GEST events within the OMNIYON interface, reducing the number of independent applications staff are required to monitor.

YachtCloud provides full product training covering installation, configuration, system integration, and ongoing support for every product in the suite. Training is available in person at YachtCloud’s facility in Rotterdam and remotely.
ECHO is designed for multi-zone network environments and supports separate SSIDs and access levels for guest, staff, and property systems across as many zones as the property requires. Each zone is configured independently via the browser-based ECHO administration interface. Device visibility covers all zones simultaneously, the property manager or integrator has a single view of every connected device across the entire property.
