service call button

Designed to be invisible. Engineered to be flawless.

Technology in a luxury interior is only a success if it disappears. A service call button that disrupts the joinery detail, a control panel that competes with the material palette, a network infrastructure that requires visible hardware, all of these are failures of specification, not installation.

YachtCloud works with interior designers and architects from the earliest stages of a project to ensure that GEST and OMNIYON integrate on the design’s own terms. The specification process begins with the interior, not with the product catalogue.

GEST. Made to blend into the interior.

The Boutique range: fully bespoke specification

Every GEST button in the Boutique range is made to order. The specification is open: material, finish, surface treatment, engraving, and touch-zone layout are all configurable. GEST can be produced in:

  • Marine-grade stainless steel: brushed, polished, or PVD-coated in any RAL or custom colour
  • Brass or bronze: aged, lacquered, or patinated to match existing metalwork
  • 24-carat gold: for interiors at the highest level of specification
  • Leather inlays: hand-stitched, in any material and colour from the designer’s palette
  • Custom engraving: surface text, icons, or bespoke iconography

Samples are available on request. YachtCloud works directly with designers and their procurement teams to match the GEST specification to an existing or proposed material palette.

OMNIYON. Control that recedes into the background.

OMNIYON is an AV and comfort control system designed to merge media, entertainment, lighting, and climate management into a single, clean interface. It is configured specifically to each property, zones, scenes, and preferences set up to match how each space is used, and its visual language is designed to complement rather than compete with the interior.

For designers and architects, OMNIYON removes the need to accommodate multiple control panels from multiple manufacturers across a property. One system, one interface, one installation, configured to the space and managed by the property team.

Designed to integrate with, or replace, existing AV infrastructure without full system replacement

  • Single interface for media, entertainment, lighting, and climate across all zones
  • Configurable per zone, each space can have its own scenes, defaults, and access levels
  • Touch panel, tablet, remote and mobile interfaces, hardware specified to the interior context
  • No proprietary cabling architecture, operates over the property’s existing network infrastructure

Frequently Asked Questions

Can YachtCloud manage technology across a superyacht and multiple properties simultaneously?

GEST can be specified at any stage, even when the project is finished,, but early specification, gives the most flexibility for Boutique finish development. YachtCloud recommends engaging the team at concept stage so the specification can be developed alongside the interior, not around it.

What are the installation requirements for built-in GEST?

No dedicated data cabling is required. GEST is a stand-alone product with a wireless charging pad.

Can the GEST finish be matched to an existing material specification?

Yes. The Boutique range is fully configurable in material and finish. YachtCloud can work with the designer’s material palette to produce a finish that integrates with the surrounding joinery, metalwork, or surface treatment. If a required finish is outside the standard range, the team will discuss bespoke options directly.

Does OMNIYON require new hardware infrastructure across the property?

No. OMNIYON operates over the property’s existing network infrastructure and does not require a proprietary cabling architecture. Touch panel, remotes and tablet interfaces are the only hardware required in occupied spaces and these can be specified to suit the interior context. Rack-mount server hardware is installed in the plant/AV room or equivalent. Full infrastructure requirements are available in the technical documentation.

Can GEST and OMNIYON be specified together on the same project?

Yes, and they are frequently specified together. GEST handles service call functionality, connecting guests and owners to staff while OMNIYON manages entertainment and environmental control. The two systems are complementary and integrate within the YachtCloud ecosystem. A single technical installation covers both products.

A project to discuss?

The specification conversation is best had early. The YachtCloud team is available to review a brief, produce samples, and provide technical documentation at any stage of the design process.
